15th Annual BBQ and Brew Event was held
July 27th, 2024 at SOZO Sports
Thank you to all our supporters for making our BBQ & Brew such a success
We couldn’t do it without you!
- Over 21 event at SoZo Sports
- Dinner – Provided by Vandervate BBQ
- Live & Silent Auctions
- As part of the event, we also host a “Dessert Dash”, desserts made by distinguished local culinarians like you!
- 50/50 raffle, Raise the Pawdle Auction, Heads or Tails game, Wags Store, and more.
This is our BIGGEST fundraiser of the year, and our lifesaving efforts depend on events like these.

Proceeds to benefit our “Spay it Forward Program” to help Spay/Neuter animals in the Yakima Valley for Low Income/Disabled/Active Military members of our community.

Winning art submissions will be displayed on thank you notes for our donors and supporters. Please keep this in mind for your design. You may enter your art submission with a five dollar donation (THANK YOU! These funds enable us to continue our lifesaving efforts. You may enter as many card designs as you wish, each with a five dollar donation. Entries were accepted from 4/15/21-5/31/21.
Make your donation(s) using this link, or mail a check to PO Box 3177, Union Gap, WA 98903, earmarked “Cards For Our Cause”.
To enter your artwork, scan and email it to photo@wagstorichesanimalrescue.org. Or mail to PO Box 3177, Union Gap, WA 98903, and we will scan and upload.
When entering, please include full name, age, address, phone number, email and preferred method of contact. Only first name, last initial and age will be used on the website.
Artwork needs to be printable so that it may be reproduced on card stock. You must be the creator of the art and image file you submit. Your art must be your own original concept and not a copy of anyone else’s copyrighted material. Wags to Riches reserves the right to remove inappropriate artwork. Artists who submit their artwork to this fundraiser grant use of the chosen artwork for print and social media purposes, and art work will become the property of Wags to Riches Animal Rescue and Sanctuary, Inc.
All submissions will be posted to our website www.WagstoRichesAnimalRescue.org, each with their own voting button. Votes will be $1.00 each, and you can vote as many times as you would like.
There will be one winner from each group, for a total of 3 winners.
Winners will be determined by who gets the most votes in each group during the period of 6/7/21-6/27/21. Odds of winning are dependent on how many submissions are in your group. We will have three separate groups, as follows:
- Ages 5-10
- Ages 11-17
- Ages 18+
Winners in each group will receive a $50 gift card to anywhere you choose courtesy of Chris Wertenberger ~ COUNTRY Financial.
